One-time Treatment

Wingate provides a one-time treatment services that is economical, effective and efficient. After identifying the pest and figuring out the sources of infestation we will determine the specific treatment required. We will then treat both the interior and exterior perimeters of your home as needed to control the unwanted pests. This continuous barrier not only eliminates unwanted pests already inside, but also keeps unwanted pests out. The treatment formulas we use are people, pet and plant friendly.

Perimeter Plan

Many of our customers want a service that relies less on pesticides and more on exterior perimeter control. Because monthly services are just too much for your typical home, Wingate Environmental provides a perimeter service that not only saves you money but also provides a year-round pest free environment. We will treat the interior of the home once a year and treat the exterior perimeters of the home three times a year. The treatments are performed in the spring, mid-summer and fall.

Total Home Protection Plan

Wingate's Total Home Protection Plan is our complete program that we personally guarantee to protect your family and home, year round for all individual pests. Not only does this program protect you against general pest, it also protects your home again termites and animals; including moles.

As with our perimeter program our Total Home Protection Plan focuses on exterior infestations to limit interior applications. Our exterior treatments and exclusion work, sealing entry point's pests can enter your home; will stop outside pests before they become problems on the inside. While we schedule only 3 visits per year, there are no additional charges for any in-between service. Commercial Pest Management

Wingate will tailor an integrated pest management program that can be implemented at either your home or business. Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is a sustainable approach to achieve long-term, environmentally sound pest suppression through the use of a wide variety of technological and management practices.

Control strategies in an IPM program include structural and procedural modifications that reduce the food, water, harborage and access points used by pests. Our IPM program relies less on the use of pesticides, and more on inspecting, monitoring, identification and targeted pest control.

Pre-Construction Termite Treatments

Treating your home for termites prior to being built has many long-term advantages and can provide additional security from future potential damage to your investment. While pre-treatments are not mandatory in Missouri as they are in many other states, the termite population in this area demands attention. Scarface Insect Management: For the control of surface feeding insets such as chinch bugs and webworms you may want this service. Grub Control: This is a season long control of sub-surface feeding insects including Grubs and Bill Bug Larva. Aeration: This helps reduce thatch, increasing turf rooting and the flow of water and nutrients into the soil. Disease Control: We can suppress and prevent damage of costly lawn diseases. Verislice Seeding: This is an extensive service designed to eliminate bare spots in existing lawns. We can set up a plan for your yard to stay beautiful, healthy, and well maintained this Summer!
